International Jewellery Kobe 2020

The 24th International Jewellery Kobe IJK 2020 was held from August 16th to 18th.

Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection, the schedule for May was postponed.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, it is difficult for buyers from overseas to visit, and it is expected that the number of visitors will be tough due to the fact that there are consecutive holidays, hot weather, and there are some companies that suspend the exhibition. It was.

I went on the 16th of the first day, and I was surprised and relieved because there were more visitors than I expected. I thought I could watch the product more slowly than usual, but it wasn't.

There were more retailers, but there were quite a few in Chinese and Asian.

Due to the condition of COVID-19, it looked there was no trending product like this. The busy booth were bargain product booth with a low price range.

There were wide variety of pearls, but the high-end products had stable prices, and the highest-end products were hardly exhibited.

Since the jewelry show will not be held in Hong Kong for a while, the next International Jewellery Tokyo IJT 2021 may be crowded.
